Getting started
RaziCo Dash AI turns your Klaviyo account into a single, plain-English page: revenue, account health, performance, and AI-written insights you can act on. It's read-only, so it never sends campaigns or changes anything in Klaviyo.
- Create a free account and answer a few quick questions about your business.
- Connect your Klaviyo account with a read-only private API key (see Connecting Klaviyo).
- We pull your data and build your dashboard, usually within a minute.
Connecting your Klaviyo account
You connect Klaviyo by pasting a private API key. We recommend a read-only key. RaziCo Dash AI never needs write access.
- In Klaviyo, go to Settings → API keys.
- Click Create Private API Key.
- Give it a name (e.g. "RaziCo Dash AI") and choose Read-only access, then create it.
- Copy the key (it starts with
pk_) and paste it into the Connect screen.
Your key is encrypted at rest and only ever used to read your data. You can rotate or revoke it in Klaviyo at any time.
Adding & switching between Klaviyo accounts
Manage more than one store or client? You can connect several Klaviyo accounts and switch between them instantly.
The account switcher is the pill at the top-left of the dashboard (next to the logo, with a small storefront icon). It shows the account you're currently viewing. Click it to switch.
- To add an account: open the switcher and choose Connect another account, or go to Settings → Klaviyo accounts → + Connect another account.
- To switch: click the switcher pill and pick the account you want. The whole dashboard reloads for that account.
- If you manage many accounts, the Portfolio view rolls them up into one comparison.
Each account is fully isolated, so data is never mixed between them.
Team access
Share the dashboard with teammates or clients from Settings → Team: enter their email and pick a role, either Editor (can change settings and run refreshes) or Viewer (read-only). They get an email invite; new users sign up with a streamlined form (or Google) and land straight in your account.
Belong to more than one account? Switch workspace from the avatar menu (top right). Only the account owner can manage the team or delete the account, and removing a member cuts their access immediately.
Account health & manual inputs
A couple of numbers aren't available from Klaviyo's API, so you enter them once for accurate Account Health and cost-saving insights:
- Audience size: your total profile/list size. Klaviyo's API exposes your active audience but not the total, so enter it under Settings → Account details.
- Plan & monthly cost: your Klaviyo plan tier and what you pay, so we can flag when you're over-paying for your sending volume.
AI insights & opportunities
The AI Insights section highlights what's working (wins) and where you're leaving money on the table (opportunities). Each opportunity comes with an estimated monthly revenue range so you can prioritise.
Opportunities refresh as your data changes, and you can ask follow-up questions about any section with Ask Dash, the built-in assistant. Tap the ⓘ next to any stat for a plain-English definition, the formula, and the benchmark.
Sending insights (email, Slack, ClickUp)
Every insight, opportunity, and Ask Dash answer has a Send button. Route it to where your work happens:
- Email: one or more addresses (comma-separate for multiple). It's attributed to you, with reply-to set to your address so replies come back to you.
- Slack: posts to your connected channel.
- ClickUp: creates a task in your chosen list.
You can also just ask Dash, e.g. "email that summary to my teammate" or "make a ClickUp task for this". For security, chat can only email people on your account's team. The Send button accepts any address you type. Connect Slack and ClickUp under Settings → Integrations. Both write only to your own tools, never to Klaviyo.
Talking to Dash by voice
Open Ask Dashand tap the headset icon for a hands-free conversation: speak your question, pause when you're done, and Dash answers out loud, then listens again. You can interrupt it just by starting to talk, no tapping needed (or tap the mic to jump in). Works in Chrome, Edge, and Safari. Or just type, or tap the mic once to dictate into the box.
Notifications & push
In Settings → Notifications you choose which alerts reach you and how (Email, Push, or Slack) for Urgent alerts, the Monday Brief, Anomalies, Send-fatigue, and Plan thresholds. Changes save as you toggle.
Browser push: turn on a Push toggle (or use the one-time banner at the top of the dashboard) and allow notifications when your browser asks. Push works in Chrome/Edge and on Android right away; on iPhone, install the app to your Home Screen first, because Apple only allows web push for installed apps. Urgent deliverability alerts (spam/bounce spikes) are the ones you most want on.
Data freshness & accuracy
Your data refreshes automatically in the background. The card at the top shows "Data as of …" in your device's local time (override the timezone in Settings → Account → Preferences). Accounts stay fresh on a schedule (refreshed every couple of hours) even when you're not logged in, and opening a stale dashboard kicks off a refresh.
Accuracy is guarded: if a single Klaviyo read hiccups during a refresh, we keep the last good value rather than blanking it, so a transient glitch never wipes a number. Klaviyo itself remains the source of truth; small differences can come from timezones and attribution windows.
White-label reports & sharing
From Download report you can build a clean PDF of any date range, choosing exactly which sections to include.
- Tick White-label this report to replace the RaziCo branding with your own: upload your agency logo and enter your agency name. The "Generated by RaziCo Dash AI" footer is removed automatically.
- Click Download PDF. The file is generated on the fly and downloaded straight to your device.
- Prefer a live link? Create a read-only shared link in Settings. It expires after 7 days and can be revoked any time.
Querying your data from Claude (MCP)
RaziCo Dash AI can plug into Claude as a read-only connector, so you can ask Claude about your Klaviyo accounts in plain language. Full step-by-step setup lives in Settings → Claude / MCP access.
It's read-only and scoped to your own accounts: Claude can read your metrics but can never change anything.
Security & your data
We take protecting your data seriously: API keys are encrypted at rest, every request is scoped to your own account, and the dashboard only ever reads Klaviyo: it can't send, edit, or delete anything.
Password sign-ins from a new browser also ask for a 6-digit code we email you. Tick remember this browser to skip it on that device for 30 days.
Keep your login secure, and connect a read-only Klaviyo key so that even in the unlikely event a key is exposed, no one can act on your account. You can delete your RaziCo Dash AI account and all its data at any time from Settings. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for the full picture.
