Privacy Policy

RaziCo Dash AI (“we”, “us”) is a free beta product that gives Klaviyo users a high-level dashboard of their own Klaviyo account. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, and the sign-up answers you give (role, brand, website, audience size, how you heard about us).
• Your Klaviyo data: when you connect Klaviyo, we use your API key to read reporting data (revenue, sends, opens, clicks, list counts, etc.). We only read; we never send campaigns or modify your Klaviyo account.
• Notifications & integrations: only if you enable them: your browser's push subscription, your Slack webhook URL, and your ClickUp connection (stored encrypted).
• Usage: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service, plus essential cookies for sign-in and security. No advertising trackers.

Voice input to Ask Dash is transcribed by your browser's built-in speech service, so we receive only the resulting text, never the audio.

Your Klaviyo API key

Your private API key is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used solely to fetch your data on your behalf. It is never shown back to you after you connect, never shared, and is permanently deleted when you remove the connection or delete your account.

How we use your data

• To build and show you your dashboard, insights, and reports.
• To send you the emails you opt into (e.g. the Monday Brief).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your Klaviyo data with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run RaziCo Dash AI (hosting, database, email delivery, and the AI model that powers “Ask Dash”), who process it only to provide the service. If you invite team members, they see this account's dashboard data according to the role you grant; you control membership in Settings → Team. If you send an insight to Slack, ClickUp, or an email address, that content goes to the destination you chose.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. That permanently removes your account, your Klaviyo connection and key, all cached reports, and your share links from our live systems immediately. Encrypted backups age out automatically within 90 days. You can also disconnect Klaviyo without deleting your account.

Sharing links

Share links are read-only snapshots that expire after 7 days. Anyone with the link can view that snapshot until it expires or you revoke it. Don't share a link with anyone you don't want to see that data.

Beta

RaziCo Dash AI is in beta and provided free of charge. Features and this policy may change. We'll update the date above when they do.
