Terms of Service

By creating a RaziCo Dash AI account you agree to these terms. RaziCo Dash AI is a free beta product that displays a read-only dashboard of your own Klaviyo account.

The service

RaziCo Dash AI reads data from your connected Klaviyo account and presents metrics, insights, and reports. It does not send campaigns, change your Klaviyo settings, or take any action in your Klaviyo account.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to access the Klaviyo account you connect, and to provide its API key.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Team access you grant is your responsibility: invite only people who should see this account's data, and remove members when their access should end.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or access data that isn't yours.

Beta & availability

RaziCo Dash AI is provided as-is, free of charge, during beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the data shown is complete. Always treat Klaviyo itself as the source of truth.

Data & security

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data: your Klaviyo API key is encrypted at rest, access is scoped to your own account, and the dashboard reads (never writes) your Klaviyo data. That said, no online service can guarantee perfect security.

We provide the service on a best-effort basis and are not liable for any loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or compromise of your data, including data held by third parties such as Klaviyo, our hosting providers, or email providers. You connect your account and use the service at your own risk. Keep your own login credentials and Klaviyo API keys secure, and revoke any key you believe has been exposed.

No warranty & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaziCo Dash AI is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use of the service or from decisions made based on the data shown. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, which, during the free beta, is nothing.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
