Here's every workaround, plus a free tool that puts your whole Klaviyo account on one mobile-friendly page.

How to see your Klaviyo dashboard on your phone

If you've ever tried to check your Klaviyo numbers from your phone, you know how this goes. The page loads, a quarter of the dashboard is cut off, the charts won't scroll, and you give up and wait until you're back at a desk.

You're not doing anything wrong. Klaviyo has no mobile app, for iPhone or Android, and their own team has confirmed the platform "wasn't built to be used exclusively on mobile and renders best on a desktop." People have been asking for this in the Klaviyo community for years.

So here's what you can actually do about it.

Option 1: The mobile browser (barely works)

You can log in to klaviyo.com from Safari or Chrome on your phone. Expect the right side of the dashboard to get cut off, charts to misbehave, and lots of pinch-zooming. It's fine for a true emergency, and that's about it.

Tip: rotating your phone to landscape helps a little with the charts. It doesn't fix the layout.

Option 2: Email digests (a summary, not a dashboard)

Klaviyo can send you performance summary emails, and those read fine on a phone. The problem is they're a snapshot on Klaviyo's schedule. If you want to know how yesterday's campaign did right now, or whether that spam-rate blip resolved itself, an email digest doesn't help you.

Option 3: BI dashboards (works, if you build it)

You can pipe Klaviyo data into Looker Studio, or a reporting tool, and build a mobile-viewable dashboard yourself. This works, and it's what a lot of agencies do. It also means setup time, another subscription in most cases, and maintaining the connection when the API changes. Reasonable for a data team. Overkill if you just want to see your numbers.

Option 4: A dashboard built for the phone (what we did)

We run email and SMS for ecommerce brands, and checking Klaviyo accounts from a phone annoyed us enough that we built our own fix: RaziCo Dash AI.

It's a free dashboard that pulls your whole Klaviyo account onto one page that works properly on mobile:

It connects with a read-only API key, so it can see your data and can never send or change anything. Setup takes about a minute, and it's free while it's in beta.

Full transparency: we built it, so we're biased. It's free, so trying it costs you a minute.
