How to white-label Klaviyo reports for clients
If you send clients Klaviyo results every week or month, you have three problems: pulling the numbers takes time, the raw exports look like spreadsheets, and everything says Klaviyo on it instead of your agency's name.
Klaviyo has no white-label reporting built in. These are the actual options.
Option 1: Screenshots and a deck
The default for most agencies starting out. Screenshot the dashboard, paste into Google Slides, add commentary, export a PDF.
It works, and clients accept it. The cost is 30 to 60 minutes per client per report, plus the version where someone screenshots the wrong date range and the client catches it. At five clients on weekly reports, you're spending a workday a month making slides.
Option 2: BI and reporting tools
Looker Studio (free, plus a paid Klaviyo connector in most setups), or agency reporting platforms like AgencyAnalytics and DashThis. You build a template once, brand it, and reports generate on schedule.
This is the right answer for agencies reporting across many channels (paid, SEO, email) in one document. The tradeoffs: monthly per-client pricing on most platforms, connector maintenance, and a build phase where you recreate Klaviyo's metrics yourself and hope they match. Attribution numbers that don't line up with what the client sees inside Klaviyo will cost you an awkward call eventually.
Option 3: A Klaviyo-native report with your logo on it (free)
This is the gap we built for. RaziCo Dash AI is our free Klaviyo dashboard, and white-label reports are built in:
- Connect the client's Klaviyo account with a read-only API key.
- Hit Download report, pick the date range and the sections you want in.
- Tick "White-label this report," upload your agency logo, enter your agency name. The "Generated by" footer is removed automatically.
- Download the PDF. Done.
The report covers what a client actually asks about: revenue attributed to email and SMS and its share of store revenue, campaigns vs. flows, deliverability against benchmarks, list growth, and the AI-written opportunities with dollar estimates. Numbers come straight from the Klaviyo API, so they match what's in the client's account.
Prefer a live view over a PDF? Create a read-only share link instead. Links expire after 7 days and can be revoked any time, so an old link in a client's inbox never becomes a liability. You can also invite the client as a viewer so they check numbers themselves between reports.
Free while in beta, we built it, and it takes about a minute per client to set up: dash.razico.co
What belongs in a client email report
Whatever tool you use, a report that gets read has five things:
- One headline number: what email and SMS made this period, and what share of total store revenue that is
- Trend vs. the previous period, stated plainly
- Campaigns vs. flows split, because flows are where the retainer proves itself
- One deliverability line: healthy or not, against benchmarks
- One prioritized recommendation with a dollar estimate attached
Ten pages of charts gets skimmed. Five numbers and one recommendation gets replied to.
